Celebrations To Remember is a Michigan-based reunion planning company assisting high school reunion committees state-wide with their reunion planning needs. Celebrations To Remember handles the planning and details of the reunion, allowing reunion committee members to enjoy the event.

In order to locate alumni and plan reunion events, Celebrations To Remember collects data on high school classmates. Celebrations To Remember values the privacy and security of your personal information, and we will not sell your personal information to
any third party under any circumstances for your lifetime.

Celebrations To Remember allows you to conveniently register for your high school reunion through our Web site. We collect your personal information only if you decide to purchase one of our products or services, participate in one of our contests or surveys or transact other business with us.  In order to process your transactions and provide you with quality customer service, we need your full name and current and/or billing address, your email address (so we can contact you) and, if you purchase one of our products or services, and a valid credit card number.

Celebrations To Remember takes precautions to secure your personal information.  If and when you decide to  provide your personal information to make reunion reservations or purchase one of our products, we will do so through a Web page that uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This protocol provides security for your information by encrypting it as it travels from your computer to our computer.

Any feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like, which you send to us will be treated as being non-confidential and non-proprietary. We assume no obligation to protect such information from disclosure and will be free to reproduce, use, and distribute the information to others without restriction. We will also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information that you send us for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to developing and marketing products and services incorporating such information. This does not include personal information that you submit to the web site for reunion registration.

Celebrations To Remember will use your postal and email addresses in order to update you about the status of your reunion, both before and after the event. All information
concerning alumni shall remain confidential and shall not be utilized, directly or indirectly, by Celebrations To Remember for its own business purposes or for any other purpose, except and solely to the extent that any such information is consented by the alumni for inclusion in the Memory Book.

Celebrations To Remember may share your contact information with the reunion committee planning the reunion by whom we were hired, with your high school, or with an alumni association approved by your high school unless you have requested that we not do so.

We are permitted under law to share information with other parties under certain circumstances. We will share information about you with companies that process our credit card orders, companies that maintain and safeguard our account information, debt collectors, and as necessary, to respond to legal subpoenas and other legal processes.

We do not permit outsiders to sell or give your information to others. We do not sell your information to anyone. If we gather personal identifying information through sources other than your submission to Celebrations To Remember, we will not disclose this information without your prior approval.

OPT OUT NOTICE
If you prefer that we not disclose non-public personal information about you, you may opt out of these disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make these disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures you may do so by submitting the appropriate options contained in forms, which we can mail to you.
